1 Generals about Alerts and PatFamService
- Each user with the role attribute "user_set_alerts" can commision alerts. The user name will be saved at the alert.
- As Administrator you can additionally allow users those rights, such as they can commision alerts.
- Do you have in your patentGate the patent family service (PatFamService) you can order documents fee-based. The next data delivery will contain these documents.
- For this the patentGate server starts regularly and automatically a search for patent family member of the marked documents in a database of the patentGate GmbH.
- The database for the look up is based on the DocDB data of the EPO. The monitoring uses the INPADOC-FamID.
