After the login the welcome page is displayed.
In the area System messages you see important messages for all users, e.g. regarding planned maintenance work.
After Consultation recent messages from other users will be displayed with the following information and ways to interact:

| Receiver of the message |
| Message text (also visible in the document view) |
Popup menu with options for hiding the message and writing a response to the sender, which will be visible on his/her Welcome page.

Depending on your role different additional information will be displayed. A user of the role Verteiler / Viewer will see an overview of all documents to treat. This overview is the same as in Circular -> Documents to process.
